I did this once, in a sense! It was by accident, however…the horse I was riding took a bounce as a spread. I was waiting for the quick touch down in between the jumps, and then once I realized it never happened, well….I was at a loss for words:) It felt wicked cool though! It felt like flying, soaring. 

It’s amazing they can see and then judge where they should land and how long they should be in flight for. I would be such a herp-da-derp horse. “I thought the end was a bounce!” I think I would also prefer going through water jumps rather than exerting energy to go over them. 

I watched the George Morris clinic where this girl and horse did this, so cool!
